Failed housing guarantee for students

Only four of Sweden's 32 student towns can offer housing to students within a month, news agency TT reports. According to the National Union of Students, the nine biggest university towns have no available accommodation at all. Almost half of the towns boast about a housing guarantee for students, but the student union says this is often just dishonest marketing.
